How to update payment details
Only one admin can have access to the Stripe details in your Bizimply account
This admin must then follow these steps:
- Login to Bizimply online.
- Click on your name/email in the top right of the screen.
- Go to Plans & Billing.
- Click on Billing Information.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page to 'Current Plan' and ensure you change the plan to the correct number of employees that you have on the system.
Please note Bizimply's minimum plan has moved from 10 employees to 25 employees. If you are still on an old pricing plan, please change to the new plan of 1 - 25 employees before updating your card details.
- Edit the payment method to change your current card details.
- If your billing address has changed you can edit this also.
If there is an outstanding balance on your account, this will not be charged immediately.
