Time Off Record

Learn how to edit or delete a time off record

In this article you will learn how to:

  1. Edit a time off record.
  2. Delete a time off record.

How to Edit a Time Off Record:

  • Go to the Employee tab
  • Go an employees profile > Time off tab.
  • Click into the Time Off record you wish to edit
  • Scroll to the bottom and click 'Edit Record'
  • Edit record and save.

Please note: If any time off is recorded for days that are on an approved timecard, those days will remain locked and uneditable.

How to Delete a Time Off record:

  • Go into the employee's profile > Time Off tab
  • Click into the Time Off record in question.
  • Scroll to the bottom and click 'Delete Record'.

How to Delete multiple Time Off records:

  • Go into the employee's profile > Time Off tab
  • Using the tick box select the Time Off records in question
  • Click on the down arrow in the title row
  • Select delete record from the drop down menu
  • Confirm the deletion of the record

If you can't delete the Time Off record, it will be because the Timecard for that employee for that week has been approved and locked down.
