How to allow your staff to view and add/edit Forecasts?
Administrators can change role permissions to allow staff members to view or view/edit forecasts. Pick the role you want to edit, as shown below.
Staff members can only view Forecasts in locations:
- where they have been assigned a role that the Forecast permission has been turned on;
- that are attached to their employee profile (see image below).
Permission to view Forecasts
In order to make Forecasts visible for staff members, the administrator should turn Forecast permission ON. The option to Add/Edit Forecasts should be unticked.
Once the permission to view Forecasts is turned on, the staff member will be able to only view Forecasts without the option to edit as shown below.
Permission to view and edit Forecasts
In order to allow staff member(s) to view and edit Forecasts, the administrator should turn the Forecast permission ON and tick the option to Add/Edit Forecasts.
Once the permission to view Forecasts is turned ON and Add/Edit Forecasts is ticked, the staff member will be able to view and also edit Forecasts as shown below.
