You can pull the Employee Timecards Report across multiple locations in Bizimply. This is very useful if you have shared staff across these sites within your account. In order to get this report please follow the instructions below:

  • Log into Bizimply as an administrator user of the account. 
  • Click on your name/email in the top right-hand corner.
  • Select "Reports" from the drop down menu.
  • To the left click on the "Employee Timecards" report in the attendance reports section.
  • Select the locations you wish to include in the report (or all)
  • Select the employees you wish to include in the report (or all)
  • Choose the appropriate date range. 
  • Choose the type of export. 
  • Click submit. 

All shared employees will have their hours totalled across all locations into the one record within this report. This will allow for you to use this report without having duplicate instances of the same employee but having their hours correct across the multiple stores.
