This report lets you easily export your employees, whether it be all your staff, active or inactive employees only at the single click of a button.
The downloaded CSV breaks down employee information by:
Personal information (name, email address)
Work information (Shared locations, PIN, role etc.)
Payroll information (Hourly rates, etc.).
This report can be used to determine your employee satisfaction levels. It can be a great tool to investigate employee turnover rates with. It can also raise red flags about certain Locations who's employees may not be satisfied with working conditions.
Employee Time Off
This report details the time is taken off by employees during a specified date range. You can select the type of holiday/time off to export, e.g. paid sick time off, or all together as a PDF or CSV file.
Note: this report can also be obtained for individual staff in the ‘Time Off’ section of their employee profile.
This report can give a clear overview of the Holiday Hours owed to each employee. This means that every employee can receive what they're owed but won't be paid too much at the same time.
This report can be used as an aid in finding out which employees can carry out different tasks in your business. It can be convenient as trained staff leave the business you can see when more employees need to be trained.
Employee Turnover %
This report allows the admin to analyse the level at which employees are staying in the business. It can be used to investigate the worker satisfaction in each location and whether employees are satisfied with working conditions.
New Hire Retention Rate
This report can be used to determine the number of employees that are opting to stay within the business. This is an excellent tool for determining whether employees are satisfied with working conditions in the business.
The Bradford Factor/Score is used in human resource management as a way of measuring employee absences and the disruption they cause to one's business. Bizimply offer a way to report on absences in your business, providing a Bradford Score based on your staff’s absences.
Note: While a good indication, the Bradford Factor cannot take into account personal, human aspects and so a high Bradford Score must not be taken at face value, and should be investigated.
This report compiles all data on new hires that have been added to the system within a specified date. The information shown is taken from the respective employee(s)’s profiles.
