Associating Paid Time With Schedules
Bizimply allows you to associate the hours and costs with a particular schedule. This allows you to deep dive into each schedule/department to see how you performed in comparison to what you expected.
When approving timecards, you can select the rota for that paid time. Note: If the staff member was scheduled the paid time will automatically choose the schedule. See image below:
The hours/costs are broken down on the dashboard as per schedule in that location.
You can also get a report by schedule on the scheduled versus actual hours/costs. Just click on the "Tools" button when you're on a schedule and select "Sa ve as Excel". Here you can export the "Schedules vs Actual" report for any or all schedules.
How to view the difference between scheduled hours and actual hours worked
You may want to run a report at the end of the week which shows your scheduled work hours compared to your actual hours worked because as we all know, what you plan to happen isn't always what actually happens!
To run a report comparing your scheduled hours to your actual hours follow these simple steps:
Login to your Bizimply account > Select the location where you want to gather this information from.
In the schedule tab, select 'Tools' > Save as Excel.
Select all the schedules in the dropdown menu.
Hit 'Save as CSV' and this will download your report.
Please note that you can only download this report per store or week.
