Our Shift Log feature is a great way to ask questions, track sales and monitor issues across your locations each day.

To use your Shift Log in your Bizimply account, you must first switch it on in the App Centre.

To do this:

  1. Login to your Bizimply account. Please note, you must be logged in as an admin to access the App Centre.
  2. Click on your name/email address in the top right hand corner.
  3. Select the App Centre.
  4. Select 'Get' on the Shift Log app.

Now that you have applied the Shift Log to your account you can start using this feature. In our Shift Log feature you can choose what information you would like entered on a daily basis depending on what the most important metrics in your business are.

To setup your Shift Log:

  1. Login to your Bizimply account. Please note, you must be logged in as an admin to change Shift setup information.
  2. Click on your name/email address in the top right hand corner.
  3. Click Settings > Shift Log Setup.
  4. Here you will be given three options: Shift Setup, Daily Metrics and Daily Questions.
  • Shift Setup - Capture information for the day or after each shift in all locations. Eg. Breakfast, lunch dinner, end of day.
  • Daily Metrics - Record sales after each shift by switching on a sales area and naming it. Eg. Food, beverage. You can also keep track of your labour hours worked and switch on any miscellaneous metrics you wish to monitor.
  • Daily Questions - Here you can switch on the option to enter your key staff, shift overview, marketing, operational and any additional questions you would like to ask.

Once you are happy with the information you have set up in your Shift Log Setup, this will be applied across all your locations.

Benefits of using the Shift Log:
Having your key staff use the shift log will make it easier to monitor important metrics on a daily and weekly basis.
