If you have forgotten your Managers PIN for your Timestation follow these steps:
- Open your Timestation app on your iPad.
- Click on the Managers icon in the bottom left (white icon).
- You will then be prompted to enter in your Managers PIN on a keypad. Click 'Forgot PIN' under the keypad and enter in your managers email address.
Please note if you you receive a message telling you that your email is incorrect this will mean one of two things.
- Your email address is not set up as a manager in that location.
- You have no internet access.
You will then receive an email with a link to reset your PIN and can now use your new PIN to access the Managers portal on your Timestation!
