If you have forgotten your Managers PIN for your Timestation follow these steps:

  1. Open your Timestation app on your iPad.
  2. Click on the Managers icon in the bottom left (white icon).
  3. You will then be prompted to enter in your Managers PIN on a keypad. Click 'Forgot PIN' under the keypad and enter in your managers email address.

Please note if you you receive a message telling you that your email is incorrect this will mean one of two things. 

  1. Your email address is not set up as a manager in that location.
  2. You have no internet access.

You will then receive an email with a link to reset your PIN and can now use your new PIN to access the Managers portal on your Timestation!
