Scheduled shifts can have a colour assigned to them to help make them stand out.
Change Individual Shifts:
The first way to apply colour to a shift is by simply clicking on a shift to edit it and then changing the colour.
Automatically Assign Colour
Shifts can automatically be assigned a colour based on the position of the employee. If you have employees working in multiple positions you can assign a colour to each position which will create coloured shifts on the schedule.
First update the settings of the positions by going to "Settings" then under the Employees section, select "Employee Positions". A colour for each position can then be selected. This will apply to that position on all schedules in all locations.
Then when adding a shift to an employee, if they have a position the default colour will be applied.
Although colours can be applied automatically, you can still overwrite them by editing the shift and changing the colour.
