Where was the error found?

The information in your timecards is correct. The error occurred in the All Timecards Export - CSV and PDF.

What employee timecards were effected?

  • Timecard A: Employee timecards with both Sunday hours and Regular hours worked were affected. 
  • Timecard B: Employee timecards who had hours adjusted in their timecard summary were effected. 

Timecard A: 

What was the error?
The error occurred in the timecard export. The value of the adjusted hours were subtracted from the employee regular hours. Here is an example of an employee timecard:

This employee was given 2 extra hours in OT1:

These adjusted hours were deducted from the employee regular hours, instead of being added to the correct column:

Timecard B: 

What was the error?
The error occurred in the timecard export. The value of the regular hours and the total paid hours on the timecard export were incorrect. Here is an example of an employee timecard:

The Regular, Sunday and Total Paid hours were incorrect.


If you ran your timecard exports between Thursday 13th June at 10am and Tuesday 18th June at 3pm, we strongly advise that you run your timecard exports again to ensure your staff are paid correctly.
