To find out if your timecard exports have been affected, please answer the following questions:

  1. Do you track Sunday hours separately on your timecard exports? 
  2. Did you run your timecard exports between Thursday 13th June at 10am and Tuesday 18th June at 3pm?

If the answer to 1 or both of these questions is yes, we believe an error has occurred on your timecard exports. This error could result in incorrect hours being allocated to your staff. We strongly advise that you run your timecard exports again to ensure your staff are paid correctly.
