When you add a new employee into your account who is paid salary, you can set their annual balance in settings so that their leave is automatically deducted from it.

To get to these settings click on your username which is located in the top right corner and go to My Apps.

Once in My Apps, go to the time off app and click on the settings icon. See how all the settings work in this article.

All salary staff will have their time off tracked in days in their time off profile, automatically deducting time off taken from the leave year balance set in settings.. The amount of annual leave days can also be changed on a per employee basis, eg. giving a senior employee a higher balance per year.

This can be changed from within an employee profile itself and can be easily tailored to specific employees.
